Temp to Hire Admin/Customer Relations- supporting VP of Sales. Microsoft office a MUST. Sales admin experience is a plus. Perm salary is going to be $65K-$70K. There is an element of Sales Administration and a Client Relations element. Candidate will be responsible for ensuring sales people keep reports up to date, develop and maintain proper procedures for renewals, keep track of upcoming renewals, develop reports for VP sales, develop and monitor sales policies. Client Relations: staffing, personnel development, training and team motivation, annual reviews and disciplinary procedures, monitoring and setting targets for staff performance, communicating developments in product and services, planning and preparing for new products/ services and how these will impact on the department, manage day to day staff issues, managing relationship between client relations and other teams such as Sales, Marketing & I.T, developing and maintaining high level of customer service.
